At Berrys Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all eligible luxury items. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and branded packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back into its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope, ensuring all certificates and warranties are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
